We are in the business of Remodeling Kitchens & Baths utilizing specially
trained staff, the latest products and some thoughtful planning to help you
remodel today for your needs tomorrow. We also have a NEW customized
Preventative Maintenance plan. Also, if you are going to do a kitchen or a bath
and live in that house until you are 60 or older,  recommend you call us for a little
bit of thinking ahead, like:

Raising the dishwasher so you don't have to bend so far
What about replacement windows? Get tilt ins that have a special coating
    to reduce cleaning time!!
Making a beautiful slate shower that is wide and barrier free for the future.
Redoing a bathroom? Consider a walk in tub vs. a hard to get out of
whirlpool or conventional tub.
Front doors should have low or no thresholds for ease of use both now
and in the future.

In 2006 we opened Help-U-Stay which pays particular attention to people aging
in place and the remodeling necessary to help them achieve that goal!!! NEW for
2008 is our PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM call for details!!!
It was time Berks County had a Senior Friendly Remodeler.

In 2007, Ken Shrom Jr, president and CEO, earned the Certified Aging in Place II
designation or CAPS certification.  It is a designation that is given to a person
who is able to assist people, regardless of age or ability in remaining in their
home safely, and comfortably while maintaining their independence!!
